Gov’t Spokesperson Confirms No Evacuation Orders for King Hussein International Airport and Aqaba Port

Amman: Minister of Government Communication and Government Spokesperson Mohammad Momani confirmed on Sunday that King Hussein International Airport and Aqaba Port continue to function normally, with no evacuation orders issued by the relevant authorities.

According to Jordan News Agency, Momani emphasized in a press statement that no potential threats have been identified by Jordanian authorities in recent hours. He assured the public that there are currently no risks that would necessitate the issuance of warnings.

Momani further clarified that operations at both the airport and port are proceeding as per established protocols. These procedures include the immediate activation of sirens should any potential threat arise, ensuring preparedness and safety at all times.
