Amman: The Jordanian Academy for Government Management on Monday launched the third phase of "Ertiqa," the Future Executive Leadership Track of the Women's Leadership Program in the public sector.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Academy's CEO, Mustafa Hamarneh, emphasized the significance of empowering women and enhancing their role in the labor market, acknowledging their active contribution to the progress and development of society.
Siham Khawaldeh, the Academy's Director General, extended her congratulations to the participants for qualifying for this advanced stage of the program. She encouraged them to translate their training into practical impact and apply acquired skills and knowledge in the workplace.
The third phase of the program includes field activities aimed at implementing training outcomes, supporting institutional performance, and generating measurable impact. The initiative is part of the Support to Public Administration Reform in Jordan, backed by the Italian government and implemented by the European Public Law Organization (EPLO). It aims to strengthen government leadership capacities and support public sector modernization efforts.
