Gov’t coordinates to meet needs of collapsed building families

Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh instructed Minister of Social Development, Ayman Mufleh and Interior Minister, Mazen Faraya, to coordinate to meet the needs of the families affected by the collapse of the Jabal Al-Weibdeh building that went down yesterday.

Minister Mufleh told the Jordan News Ageny (Petra) on Wednesday, that the Ministry of Social Development has coordinated with the Ministry of Interior, and Amman governor, in cooperation with the ministry’s staff will manage the process of meeting all the needs of the families affected by the collapsed building, including shelter and in-kind assistance to mitigate their burden.

Mufleh said that charities and civil society organisations contacted the Ministry to contribute to providing the needs of families affected by the collapse of the Jabal Al-Weibdeh building.
