German health authorities Saturday reported a weekly COVID-19 infections high, with 362 confirmed infections out of 100,000 people, according to Deutsche Welle (DW).
DW reported the Robert Koch Institute warned against a “fifth wave” in light of a “shortage” in vaccines.
Official estimates suggest more than 5.3 million have tested positive for the highly contagious respiratory disease so far.
