AMMAN: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi had a phone conversation with Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi to discuss recent developments in Syria. The dialogue centered on supporting the Syrian people through a comprehensive political process and addressing regional issues.
According to Jordan News Agency, the ministers reaffirmed their commitment to assisting the Syrian people in rebuilding their state while ensuring their rights and aspirations are respected. They emphasized the importance of halting Israeli actions that impact Syrian territories, asserting their support for Syria’s unity, sovereignty, security, and stability.
The conversation also covered steps to enhance the strong ties between Jordan and Oman, aiming to foster collaboration in various sectors. The discussion highlighted the mutual desire to strengthen the fraternal bonds between the two nations.
