Irbid: Health Minister Feras Hawari formed, on Monday, a medical fact-finding committee to investigate the death of a man who was hospitalised at the Princess Basma Hospital in Irbid on November 18. The patient was pronounced dead after he was admitted to the hospital’s cardiac intensive care unit (CICU).
According to Jordan News Agency, the committee was established to thoroughly examine the circumstances surrounding the patient’s death. The investigation aims to determine whether proper medical procedures were followed during the patient’s treatment at the hospital. The committee’s findings are expected to provide clarity on the incident and help prevent similar occurrences in the future.
