Amman: Chairman of the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission (EMRC), Ziad Sa'aydeh, reassured the public that the Kingdom's energy supply system is operating with "high efficiency and complete stability, supported by a strategic reserve that is continuously replenished."
According to Jordan News Agency, Sa'aydeh emphasized in a press statement that this process is implemented in accordance with "well-studied proactive plans, which ensure the uninterrupted supply of various petroleum products." He further assured that the option of scheduled power outages is "not under consideration, given the high operational readiness and stability" of the energy system across the Kingdom.
Sa'aydeh also highlighted the importance of safely handling petroleum products as a "key" priority for maintaining public safety. To achieve this goal, the EMRC continues its awareness campaigns aimed at promoting a culture of public safety. The Commission calls for adherence to approved guidelines and instructions to ensure the "responsible and safe" use of these substances.
