Jakarta:Minister of Education and Human Resources Development Azmi Mahafzah and Norwegian Ambassador to Jordan Andreas Løvold met to discuss expanding cooperation in the field of education.
According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting involved discussions on the Ministry's development plans and programs aimed at improving various aspects of the educational process in Jordan.
Mahafzah highlighted the establishment of the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, which aligns with the Economic Modernisation Vision and the Public Sector Modernisation Roadmap. This new ministry provides a unified framework for integrating education from kindergarten through higher education.
Ambassador Løvold emphasized the importance of the longstanding partnership between Norway and Jordan, built on years of constructive cooperation, and reaffirmed the Norwegian government's readiness to support Jordan's educational development initiatives.
