Amman: His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II met with the fifth cohort of the Al Hussein Fellowship, a programme by the Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) dedicated to training young leaders, as stated in a royal court announcement. During the gathering at Al Husseiniya Palace, the Crown Prince praised the leadership qualities of the participants, which led to their selection for the fellowship. He emphasized the importance of the programme's opportunities, encouraging participants to invest in learning and development and to utilize their newly acquired skills to benefit Jordan.
According to Jordan News Agency, His Royal Highness expressed confidence in Jordan's ability to overcome regional challenges, crediting the strength of its people and institutions. He acknowledged the essential role played by the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army and security agencies in safeguarding the nation and preserving its stability. The meeting also focused on issues significant to the youth, with the Crown Prince actively engaging in discussions about enhancing their involvement in development and community service.
The Crown Prince participated in the maghreb prayer and iftar with the fellowship participants. The Al Hussein Fellowship programme, initiated by the CPF in 2020, seeks to impart modern leadership skills to youth across the Kingdom through training in collaboration with international and local partners in leadership, politics, economics, and social services. The meeting was also attended by Director of the Office of the Crown Prince Zaid Baqain, CPF Board of Trustees Chairman Adey Salamin, CPF CEO Tamam Mango, and other board members.
