Amman: National Aid Fund (NAF) on Tuesday signed a cooperation agreement with Hareer Foundation for Social Development, aimed to support and empower Jordan’s underprivileged families economically under various programs.
According to Jordan News Agency, during the signing ceremony, NAF Director General, Khitam Shneikat, emphasized the importance of the partnership, highlighting its role in supporting economic and social empowerment for beneficiaries. Shneikat mentioned that the agreement would particularly support initiatives for economic empowerment of beneficiary households, focusing on women-headed families and social assistance programs for children engaged with NAF’s initiatives.
Meanwhile, Nihad Dabbas, the foundation’s Director General, acknowledged the NAF’s efforts in offering additional services that address both social and psychological needs of families experiencing health and social challenges. Dabbas pointed out that both organizations share common goals in serving local communities.
