China on Monday recorded 125 new coronavirus infections over the last 24 hours, including 94 local cases, according to the National Health Commission (NHC).
In a daily statement, the commission said that the total number of Covid-19 cases in the Chinese mainland reached 93,826, while the death toll stood at 4,636.
“The Chinese mainland reported 39 new asymptomatic cases,” it added.
