Aqaba: Ayla Oasis Development Company (AODC) has entered into an agreement with the Arab Technical Group (ATG) to equip island apartments in the Ayla project with smart air conditioning systems.
According to Jordan News Agency, the agreement was signed by Ayla CEO Sahl Dudin and ATG CEO Emile Al-Ghouri. The collaboration involves the implementation of an integrated services package, featuring the supply and operation of advanced smart air conditioning systems from the Japanese Daikin brand on Island No. 3, which spans a total area of 12,082 square meters.
Dudin stated that the deal is designed to enhance the quality of tourism services in the second phase of the island apartments scheme, addressing the growing demand for tourism, entertainment, and quality services offered by Ayla. He highlighted the ongoing cooperation with ATG, emphasizing the reliance on modern, smart, and sustainable technologies that are in line with Ayla’s standards as an exceptional tourist destination.
Al-Ghouri expressed that the continuous collaboration with Ayla underscores confidence in ATG’s advanced solutions, which cater to Ayla’s requirements and align with its history in urban development and providing sustainable tourist, real estate, and entertainment services.
The development of the third island apartments project is part of Ayla’s broader efforts to progress with a master plan aiming to establish a sustainable destination, showcasing its environmental and economic attributes that contribute to Jordan’s growth strategy.
