Amman: The Armed Forces evacuated the 27th group of sick children from the Gaza Strip on Monday, as part of the "Jordanian Medical Corridor" initiative, launched under royal directives. The group included 42 children and 75 of their family members.
According to Jordan News Agency, the children will receive treatment at several hospitals within Jordan and abroad, as part of the Kingdom's ongoing medical and humanitarian efforts to support the people of Gaza.
Since the programme's launch in March 2025, these medical evacuations are carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO), adhering to established medical and humanitarian standards.
