Three people died in a fire that broke out on Saturday, at a restaurant near the University of Jordan (UJ) in the capital, Amman.
In a statement on Saturday, media spokesperson of the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said the capital’s firefighting and ambulance teams dealt with a restaurant blaze, which claimed the lives of three people.
The ambulance crews evacuated the bodies to the University of Jordan Hospital (UJH), and an investigation is underway to find out causes of the deadly fire, according to the PSD official.
