An introductory workshop was held in Hodeida port on transactions procedures through the single window for shipping agents, through the website of the Red Sea Ports Corporation.
The workshop, which was organized by the Corporation, aimed at introducing the navigational activity agents to the advantages and facilities offered by the Corporation, and how to access the system windows easily to enter policies, ship arrival notices, data, and the type of goods they carry, and to facilitate the transactions of merchants , maritime trade agents through Red Sea ports ; Including Hodeida port .
The participants received comprehensive information about the working mechanism of the first phase of the single window project, and the nature of the services that facilitate shipping agents and merchants to carry out the early notification process before the arrival of ships and goods to facilitate their work and their dealings with the corporation's ports.
