He extended his deepest condolences to the victims' families, wishing God's mercy upon the deceased and a quick recovery for the injured.
He expressed confidence in the strength of Jordan's state and institutions, asserting their capability to protect the country and maintain its security and stability. Qadi assured that the rule of law would prevail and accountability would be enforced without exception.
Highlighting Karak's history of national unity and coexistence, Qadi praised the longstanding bonds between its Muslim and Christian communities, who have shared the same homeland and destiny. He described the relationship between Muslims and Christians in Jordan as a partnership rooted in citizenship, human dignity, and the right to live in security and freedom, viewing Jordan's religious and cultural diversity as an asset to be protected.
Qadi emphasized the need for firmness in confronting terrorism, awareness in countering discord, and tolerance in combating hatred. He urged Jordanians to stay vigilant and united, resisting rumors or incitement that serve the interests of those behind such crimes.
He criticized the perpetrators for abandoning basic human values by violating the sanctity of worship places, asserting that their actions would only strengthen the resolve and solidarity of the Jordanian people. Qadi expressed confidence in the country's security agencies and national institutions, calling on citizens to maintain high levels of awareness and responsibility.
In conclusion, Qadi reaffirmed that under King Abdullah II's leadership, Jordan would continue to withstand terrorism and sedition, with Karak exemplifying national unity.
