Amman: His Majesty King Abdullah II sent a cable to Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani expressing condolences over the passing of his father Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
According to Jordan News Agency, King Abdullah II extended his sympathies to the emir and the Al Thani family during this time of loss. The message conveyed heartfelt solidarity with the people of Qatar as they mourn the passing of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
