Amman: The Civil Consumer Corporation, in collaboration with the Lucine Center for Training and Development, held two specialized training workshops focusing on leadership excellence, workplace wellbeing, and smart communication.
According to Jordan News Agency, Director General of the Corporation, Issam Al-Jarrah, stated at the opening of the workshops that investing in human capital is a cornerstone of institutional success and a key driver of strategic objectives. He emphasized that strengthening employees' leadership and managerial capabilities directly enhances institutional efficiency and improves the quality of services provided to citizens.
Al-Jarrah noted that the workshops reflect the corporation's commitment to empowering administrative leaders and equipping them with modern knowledge and best practices in leadership excellence and employee wellbeing, helping foster a positive work environment and boost productivity.
For her part, Director of the Lucien Center Enas Shana'ah said the workshops aim to strengthen leadership skills, promote institutional excellence, and enhance effective communication, contributing to improved workplace performance and employee wellbeing.
