Amman: The Jordan Free and Development Zones Group (JFDZG) has launched a new emergency hotline, operational 24/7 at the number 06 222 7517, to address reports and feedback throughout its free and development zones. This initiative aims to reinforce a secure and supportive environment for investors.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Group announced in a statement on Tuesday that the hotline is designed to ensure rapid response and efficient management of urgent situations. It will provide ongoing assistance to businesses, stakeholders, and visitors.
The service encompasses all six free zones, including Zarqa, Queen Alia Airport, Sahab, Karak, Muwaqqar, and Al-Karama, as well as the two development zones located at the Dead Sea and Ajloun. This initiative is part of a comprehensive effort to enhance service quality and streamline communication within these zones.
