ACC and JRF Partner to Launch Community Empowerment Programs

Amman: Agricultural Credit Corporation (ACC) and the Jordan River Foundation (JRF) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Thursday as part of a partnership to enhance cooperation with official and non-governmental institutions to achieve community empowerment in social and economic fields.

According to Jordan News Agency, the MoU was signed by ACC Director General Mohammad Dojan and JRF Director General Enaam Brrishi. The agreement focuses on achieving development goals, providing solutions to economic challenges, increasing productivity, creating job opportunities for families, and improving living standards.

Under the memorandum, Agricultural Credit Corporation will design financing programs for entrepreneurial, agricultural, and rural projects with a focus on community empowerment. This initiative aims to enable individuals and groups to establish agricultural projects that generate employment, particularly for youth and women in Jordan’s rural areas.
