Budapest: Ambassador Mohammad Samir Hindawi on Thursday presented credentials to the Hungarian President, Dr. Tam?s Sulyok, as an accredited non-resident extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Jordan to Hungary, during a ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in the capital, Budapest.
According to Jordan News Agency, during the ceremony, Hindawi conveyed His Majesty King Abdullah II’s greetings to President Sulyok and his wishes for further progress and prosperity for the friendly Hungarian people. Meanwhile, President Sulyok asked Hindawi to convey his greetings and appreciation to His Majesty King Abdullah II, praising His Majesty’s wise policies and the “distinguished” relations between the two friendly countries.
President Sulyok also expressed the Hungarian government’s interest in strengthening bilateral relations, wishing the Kingdom and Jordanian people continued progress and prosperity. Hungarian president’s advisors and officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the ceremony.
