Gaza: Six Palestinians were killed and a number of others wounded early Saturday when an Israeli military drone struck near a mosque in al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian sources.
According to Jordan News Agency, the drone targeted a group of civilians near the Abu Meddein Mosque in al-Bureij camp, resulting in the deaths of six individuals and injuries to others. The attack has raised concerns over the escalating violence in the region.
In a separate incident, three other Palestinians sustained injuries when an Israeli drone targeted a tent housing displaced people in Bani Suheila, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
