Ruwaished: Charity Clothing Bank (CCB), a division of Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), announced the launch of a mobile hall to distribute apparel items in the Ruwaished area in Mafraq governorate. The two-day initiative is part of CCB’s ongoing efforts to reach underprivileged groups across the Kingdom.
According to Jordan News Agency, this portable hall is part of the “Deirtna-Homeland” program, which aims to serve impoverished families nationwide. The statement added that the initiative will provide free seasonal garments, footwear, and basic necessities, allowing households to freely choose their needs, in an experience similar to traditional shopping.
The mobile facility will be located inside Ruwaished Youth Center, in cooperation with several local partners, mainly the National Aid Fund (NAF) and charitable organizations operating in the area. The bank announced the initiative is expected to serve over 400 beneficiary families over the two days of distribution.
To date, the bank has served more than 1.8 million individuals and distributed more than 8 million clothing items under several programs dedicated to NAF beneficiaries and charitable organizations.
