Amman:The Youth Leadership Development Centre at the Ministry of Youth recently initiated the third training phase of the Techno Shabab Entrepreneurship Program's third cohort. This phase, conducted in collaboration with Cyborg Intelligent Automation, involves 25 young participants.
According to Jordan News Agency, Shorouq Al-Hashem, the director of the center, attended the program's launch, which took place at the center's hall. The training is scheduled to continue until Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
The current phase of the program focuses on specialized topics related to large language models (LLMs) and their applications. This includes an introduction to LLMs and transformer technology, the basics of prompt engineering, and how to work with application programming interfaces (APIs) integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) models.
Participants will engage in practical exercises such as developing AI-powered applications and chatbots. They will also learn about local LLMs, engage in hands-on use of a tool, and explore the integration of applications with local models while comparing these with cloud-based models.
Training will also cover how to select and evaluate suitable AI models based on criteria such as quality, speed, cost, and privacy. Additionally, the principles of responsible AI will be introduced.
The program aims to provide young people with practical knowledge and skills in technology and AI. It seeks to enhance their ability to utilize modern technologies for developing entrepreneurial ideas and projects, while also building their capacities to keep up with rapid advancements in technological and digital fields.
