Youth minister, Egyptian counterpart discuss cooperation

Minister of Youth Muhammad Nabulsi on Tuesday met with Egypt’s Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi, on aspects of joint youth cooperation and ways to enhance it.

In the meeting, held at the Al Hussein Youth City, Nabulsi lauded Jordan-Egypt ties in all fields, especially the youth sector. He also highlighted a number of programs and projects implemented by the Ministry, and its youth and sports facilities.

He said that the Al Hussein Youth City is one of the ministry’s most prominent sports cities, with its playgrounds, halls and swimming pools established in accordance with approved international specifications, adding that the city represents an outlet for youth and the local community and a supportive space for youth and sports activities.

For his part, the Egyptian minister commended the Jordanian youth experience at various international and international forums.

He stressed the need to strengthen youth programs and joint youth exchange.

Nabulsi and Sobhi toured the city’s facilities, including the stadiums and halls, as well as a tour of the city club.
