A young man, in his twenties, on Monday stabbed his twenty-year-old sister to death, due to disputes between them in the Zahoum area in central Karak governorate, southern Jordan.
Governor of Karak, Mohammad Fayez, told the Jordan News Agency (Petra), that the police were present immediately at the crime scene, and arrested the young man.
The body was transferred to the National Institute of Forensic Medicine at Karak Public Hospital, and investigations were initiated to determine the causes and circumstances of the crime, Fayez added.
