The Yemeni community in Germany held a closed-circuit television discussion symposium entitled “The Resistance of the September 21st Revolution in the Face of Conspiracies,” coinciding with the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday.
In the symposium, Advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council and Secretary-General of the Umma Party, Allama Muhammad Muftah, pointed out that the September 21 revolution saved the Yemeni people from the cycle of violence in which the enemies wanted to plunge them.
He explained that those who are bidding on the September 21 revolution are those affected by the revolution that stopped their subordination and dependency on the outside, pointing out that this revolution has persevered and the Yemeni people have persevered with it and achieved great epics in the face of the most brutal aggression to which Yemen has been exposed throughout history.
The advisor to the President of the Political Council considered the celebration of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birth in this way and this momentum a fruit of the September 21 revolution, which sparked the enthusiasm of the Yemeni people, restored their effectiveness and strengthened the spirit of faith identity.
He said, “The Yemeni people today are writing a great epic of faith, cultural and intellectual preparations for the next stage, and this counts for the September 21 revolution.” Pointing out that the enemy is betting on fragmenting the social fabric of the people of one country in its north and south, to control the country and not allow any scientific or economic renaissance in it.
For his part, Chairman of the Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives, Dr. Ali Al-Zenam, pointed out that Yemen is an exceptional and unique case in the world, pointing to the importance of standing up to what the September 21 Revolution achieved, the events that followed, and the confrontation of more than 19 countries.
He considered the legendary steadfastness that happened in Yemen to be a miracle in every sense of the word due to the wisdom of the leadership and the strength of the military front.
He stressed that there are living political forces that stood against the aggression from the beginning, and whose patriotic stance will be immortalized in history. He pointed out that there are many conspiracies being hatched against Yemen in order to divide it, fragment it, and plunder its wealth.
While the Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Syria, Abdullah Sabri, confirmed that the September 21 revolution came at an appropriate time to fill the political and security vacuum that the country witnessed during that period, and put an end to any setbacks into which the country might fall, and also prepared the Yemeni people for the stage in which we live today.
He pointed out that the revolution is still facing a major challenge, but the leadership is still opening broad ways to confirm Yemen's independence and stability.
He noted the continued steadfastness of the Yemeni people despite the suffering, sacrifices, and targeting of the country's infrastructure.
In turn, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yemeni News Agency Saba - Editor-in-Chief Nasr al-Din Amer, touched on the media blackout that was practiced on the Yemeni people before the September 21 revolution.
He pointed out that the years of aggression created a solid awareness among the people, and this awareness is now evident through the legendary steadfastness of the Yemenis and thwarting enemy plots one after another.
He explained that the slogan of the September 21 Revolution is freedom and independence, and this means that the Yemeni people have their own decision and can create, cultivate, and form a purely national government by a national decision whenever they want to do so in the interest of the Yemeni people. He considered freedom and independence the most important gains achieved by the revolution, which are revealed in the same breath. Time depends on the approach and direction of the state.
Nasr al-Din Amer pointed out that, thanks to the September 21 Revolution, the culture of the Qur’an, and the awareness produced by the lectures and speeches of the leader of the revolution, Sayyed. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and his skill and wisdom in managing the country, Yemen has become a country that has its weight at all levels, especially in military industrialization.
While the activist and political analyst Ahmed Al-Muayyad pointed out in his intervention from Britain, the features of the victory achieved by the Yemeni people through the combination of many factors... stressing that Yemen before the revolution was a station for external hegemony and was classified under the influence of specific countries until the September 21 revolution came, which changed those concepts and put an end to this international influence that was targeting Yemen politically, militarily and economically.
He pointed out that a new Yemen was formed on the morning of September 21, 2014, to tell the world that there is a country outside of these equations that the world has been accustomed to, and this country was able to withstand the most difficult circumstances and an international coalition that possesses military, economic, and media technology, but thanks to the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and their wise leadership, this country was able to change the course of things.
