Weather Forecast for Wednesday

According to the National Center for Meteorology, gusty winds will blow and moderate to heavy rain and hail may fall in parts of Najran, Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah.

Thunderclouds may form over the southern parts of the Eastern Region, Riyadh and Madinah.

Fog may form during late night hours and early morning hours on the highlands of Jazan, Aseer and Al-Baha.

Winds over the Red Sea will blow westerly to northwesterly, at speeds of 20-40 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southwesterly to northwesterly at speeds of 20-60 km/h in the southern part. Waves may range from one to three metres; the sea will be choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds will blow southeasterly, at speeds of 15-35 km/h in the northern part, and southeasterly to northeasterly, at speeds of 10-20 km/h in the southern part. Waves may reach from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern part and from one to two meters in the southern part; the sea will be relatively calm to choppy.
