According to the National Center for Meteorology, moderate to heavy thundershowers leading to torrential rains and accompanied by hail showers and gusty winds may occur in parts of Najran, Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah and Madinah regions. Fog may form over parts of the highlands of these regions. Dust-stirring winds will blow on parts of Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Hail, Northern Border and Eastern regions.
Winds over the Red Sea will be southwesterly to westerly, reaching 10-35 km/h, at speeds up to 60 km/h with the formation of thunderclouds in the southern and central parts.
Waves may range from half a meter to two with the formation of thunderclouds on the southern and central parts; the sea will be calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly to westerly, at speeds of 20-42 km/h. Waves may range from a meter to two meters, and the sea will be calm to choppy.
