According to the National Center for Meteorology, moderate to heavy thunderstorms accompanied by dust-stirring winds and hail showers will limit visibility and lead to torrential rains over the Jazan and Asir regions.
Thunderstorms, accompanied by dust-stirring winds, are expected over Najran, Al-Baha and Makkah regions. Dust-stirring winds will limit visibility on the coastal route from Makkah to Jazan, as well as on parts of the Eastern region and Riyadh.
It will be hot to very hot in parts of Riyadh and the Eastern region.
Winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, at speeds of 10-30 km/h, in the northern and central parts of the Red Sea, reaching 20 to 50 km/h and accompanied by thunderstorms in the southern part.
Waves may reach half a meter to one meter in the northern and central parts, and from one to three meters in the southern part.
The sea will be relatively calm in the northern and central parts, and relatively choppy in the southern part.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly
to northeasterly at speeds of 20-40 km/h in the northern part, and southwesterly to northwesterly at speeds of 20-40 km/h in the southern part. Waves will range from one meter to two meters, and the sea will be calm.
