According to the National Center for Meteorology, thundershowers accompanied by hail and dust-stirring winds would still be forecast for some parts of Jazan, Asir, Baha and Makkah regions, while the effect of active dust-stirring winds would continue, limiting horizontal visibility over the coastal road from Makkah to Jazan as well as the southern parts of Riyadh to Najran. The high temperatures are expected in the Eastern Region.
The report indicated that the movement of surface winds in the Red Sea is southwesterly to westerly at speeds of 10-30km/h in the northern and central parts, while the speed of winds in the southern part reaches 20-40 km/h. Waves may reach from half a meter to one meter over the northern and central parts, up to two meters in the southern part. The sea condition is light to medium waves in the northern and central parts and light waves in the southern parts.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly to northeasterly at speeds of 10-30km/h. Waves will range from half a meter
to a meter, and the sea will be calm.
