Upon Royal Directives: Issawi launches projects in Tafilah

In implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah, Royal Court Chief Yousef Issawi, on Sunday inaugurated a number of Royal initiative projects in the southern governorate of Tafilah.

These initiatives included building 100 house for poor families, establishing a factory within the productive branches initiative, providing it with the necessary means of transportation, establishing a specialized center to train young people on industrial professions in the new industrial zone, establishing an integrated park in the Basira district to be an outlet for the people and children of the area, and providing the municipality of Tafileh with a trash compactor and a loader.

During a meeting with local community leaders and key figures and representatives from investment, youth and women sectors in Tafileh, Issawi, who is also the head of the follow-up committee for the implementation of Royal initiatives, was briefed on the governorate’s key needs and demands, in order to meet them within the available resources, in implementation of the Royal visions.

The Royal Court Chief also inspected under implementation Royal initiatives projects in the governorate, in the presence of Tafileh Governor, Mohammad Abu Jamous, and the President of Tafila Technical University, Omar Tarawneh.

Issawi said that the sons and daughters of this governorate, dear to the heart of His Majesty the King, are known for their honorable stances and their great role in the process of building the nation and preserving its security and stability.

He indicated that citizens are the nation’s true wealth, and achieving the best for them and providing all their needs is at the forefront of His Majesty’s priorities, who has always been proud of Jordanians, and their determination and ability to overcome difficulties and turn challenges into opportunities.
