President of the University of Jordan (UJ), Natheer Obeidat, on Wednesday received a delegation from Palestine’s An-Najah National University, represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Fares Abu Shamma.
The meeting, attended by UJ’s Vice President for Scientific Faculties, Ashraf Abu Karaky, covered ways of joint cooperation in several fields.
The areas of cooperation included clinical training, higher specialization, and scholarships for master’s and doctoral degrees in the faculties of medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing, rehabilitation sciences, and the Institute of Public Health.
The delegation expressed their admiration for the UJ’s continuous progress in research fields and international rankings
