Ukraine’s Zelenskyy says 125,000 evacuated through ‘humanitarian corridors’

Volodymyr Zelenskyy Sunday said that more than 125,000 people had been evacuated from war-hit areas through the so-called “humanitarian corridors.”

In a video message, Zelenskyy said that the residents of the Mariupol city, where more than 400,000 people are surrounded without food or water, have been given priority for evacuation, according to the Guardian.

He added that there is a humanitarian convoy inbound for Mariupol, saying that it is scheduled to arrive soon.
