The UK has been reporting a drop in the number of daily COVID-19 cases, with 26,476 cases Monday, the lowest in the last three weeks, as the caseload edges closer to 7 million.
The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) Monday said the highly contagious respiratory disease killed 48 people in the last 24 hours, compared with 61 Sunday, taking the death toll in the kingdom to 132,485.
