Abu dhabi: The United Arab Emirates said on Saturday its air defenses intercepted 20 Iranian ballistic missiles and 37 drones.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Emirates News Agency (WAM), quoting a Ministry of Defense statement, said that since the start of Iranian attacks, UAE air defenses have intercepted 398 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1,872 drones.
The attacks have resulted in the deaths of 2 members of the armed forces, a Moroccan civilian contractor with the armed forces, and 8 civilians of Pakistani, Nepalese, Bangladeshi, Palestinian, and Indian nationalities. Additionally, 178 people of various nationalities have been injured, with injuries ranging from light to severe.
