Three Relatives Investigated for Damaging Ambulance at Ma’an Hospital

Ma’an: Three individuals are under investigation following an incident at Ma’an Hospital where they caused damage to an ambulance and the hospital’s emergency room.

According to Jordan News Agency, the incident occurred after two people were transported to the hospital in Ma’an Governorate. They had received electric shocks while inside a car wash. A spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) reported that one of the individuals succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital, while the other is currently receiving treatment and is in a moderate state of health.

The PSD spokesperson further disclosed that three relatives of the deceased, in their distress, caused material damage to the ambulance and emergency room facilities, though no injuries were reported from this act. The individuals involved have since turned themselves in to the relevant security authorities, and investigations are now underway.
