Amman:Jordanian mobile game publisher Tamatem Games has risen to prominence by securing the top spot in The Top 30 MENA Game Makers 2026, a list compiled by the international gaming industry platform PocketGamer.biz. This achievement places the company at the forefront of the regional gaming industry.
According to Jordan News Agency, a company statement released on Tuesday emphasizes that this accolade reflects Tamatem's ongoing dedication to advancing the digital gaming sector and boosting the presence of Arabic-language content in the global market.
Founded in Jordan in 2013, Tamatem Games has established itself as a leading platform in the region for publishing and operating games that cater to Arabic-speaking audiences. The company's activities include localizing international games, marketing them, and creating entertainment experiences tailored to regional players' interests.
The report also highlighted the company's strategic growth, particularly its ventures beyond game publishing and localization into developing its own titles, investing in technology, and entering new markets. Notable achievements include the launch of "Awad Delivery King 2," the first in-house developed game, and the acquisition of Turkish interactive advertising technology company Playable Factory.
