Damascus: The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed its strong condemnation of the renewed Iranian attacks on the territories of the State of Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Kurdistan Region in the Republic of Iraq, using drones and missiles, in flagrant violation of the sovereignty of states, a direct threat to their security and stability, and an infringement on the provisions of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
According to Union of OIC News Agencies, in a statement published yesterday, the Ministry affirmed the Syrian Arab Republic's full solidarity with its brothers in confronting these attacks, reiterating its rejection of anything that would undermine the security and stability of the region, and calling for respect for the sovereignty of states and their territorial integrity, and adherence to the principles of international law, in a way that contributes to preserving regional security and peace.
The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemnation comes amid escalating security tensions in the Middle East, following a series of Iranian attacks targeting a number of Arab countries.
