Amman: The Southern Military Region intercepted a narcotics smuggling attempt on Wednesday, involving the use of three drones to transport illegal substances across its western border. This operation was conducted in collaboration with military security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department.
According to Jordan News Agency, a military source reported that border guards detected the drones and successfully intercepted and brought them down within Jordanian territory. The narcotics seized from the drones were confiscated and handed over to the relevant authorities for further investigation and legal action.
