Amman:According to Jordan News Agency, the Social Security Corporation (SSC) has introduced a new e-service that allows employers and company partners to access business data and authorize liaison officers online, eliminating the need to visit SSC branches.
Users can access this service via the SSC website. Jordanians can log in using their national ID and Sanad app password, while non-Jordanians can use standard credentials. Once logged in, users should select "Facility Services and Authorizations" and then the "My Facilities" option.
The portal provides a display of all registered and unregistered businesses linked to users. Unregistered entities have the option to apply for social security coverage directly through the platform.
For registered entities, users can review details of existing liaison officers or appoint a new one by submitting the necessary documents online. If joint authorization is required from multiple partners, each partner must log into their personal account to approve the liaison officer appointment before the process is finalized.
