Senate President Emphasizes Dialogue and Social Peace at National Educational Conference

Amman:Senate President Faisal Al-Fayez inaugurated the National Educational Conference, themed "Community Security and Peace: Our Shared Responsibility," organized by Al-Thawabet Educational Private Schools. The event saw attendance from officials, community leaders, educators, and a large number of local residents.

According to Jordan News Agency, Al-Fayez highlighted that community peace and security are not merely legislative or security matters but require a cohesive society. He stressed that they are not just slogans but daily practices essential for a stable society. Al-Fayez noted Jordan's resilience despite geopolitical challenges, attributing it to wise leadership, past sacrifices, public awareness, and vigilant security forces.

He urged young Jordanians to appreciate national security as a guarantee for future generations. Al-Fayez mentioned intensified challenges due to instability in Arab countries, terrorism, and regional conflicts, particularly criticizing Israeli occupation policies and expressing Jordan's firm stance against any threats to its sovereignty.

Al-Fayez reaffirmed Jordan's commitment to the Palestinian cause and rejection of any regional threats. He praised King Abdullah II€š¬€ž¢s efforts in defending Jordan's security and stability and called for international accountability for Israel's actions. The conference underscored the importance of dialogue and community cohesion in maintaining peace and security.
