Moscow: Russia's trade surplus rose by 41% in April compared with the same period last year, increasing by $3.327 billion to reach $11.431 billion, as announced by the Russian central bank on Monday.
According to Jordan News Agency, the central bank's press statement highlighted that the rise in the trade surplus was attributed to higher export revenues and stable external demand for Russian goods. The improved foreign trade flows were also noted as a contributing factor in strengthening Russia's economic indicators during the recent period.
