The Russian Foreign Ministry Tuesday said it had summoned the head of the European Union delegation in Moscow, Marcus Eder, to protest the restrictions imposed by Lithuania on the transit of cargo trucks to the Russian city of Kaliningrad.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said that a statement that a strong protest letter was submitted to the European Union delegation against these restrictions and demanded their immediate lifting and return to the normal work of transit to the Kaliningrad region.
