Moscow: The Kremlin announced on Tuesday that Russia has extended an offer to the United States for cooperation in exploring rare earth minerals within Russian territory, aiming to open new avenues for collaboration in this strategic sector.
According to Jordan News Agency, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated during a press conference: “The Americans need rare earth minerals, and we have plenty of them. This creates significant opportunities for cooperation.”
He also noted that any potential deal with the U.S. could include minerals located in territories occupied by Russia in Ukraine.
