Aqaba:The Royal Medical Services (RMS) took part in the 15th Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference (SOFEX 2026) held at the Aqaba International Exhibition Center.
According to Jordan News Agency, RMS Director General Sahel Hamouri emphasized the institution's dedication to embracing medical and technological innovations. The participation aimed at exploring advanced healthcare equipment and exchanging expertise with international specialists.
The RMS pavilion highlighted its main medical capabilities, specialized technical services, and state-of-the-art equipment, reflecting significant advancements in its healthcare network over recent years. SOFEX 2026 serves as a platform to forge partnerships with top medical and technology firms, enhancing operational readiness and ensuring the delivery of specialized healthcare aligned with global standards.
The event, organized in collaboration with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), gathers key manufacturers and suppliers to present defense solutions, military technology, and cybersecurity systems. This year's edition attracted over 400 official delegations from 75 countries and featured 350 exhibiting companies from 38 nations.
