Amman: Minister of Culture, Mustafa Rawashdeh, expressed high praise for Kuwaiti Al-Arabi Magazine, describing it as a cultural “beacon” for generations that has played a pivotal role in promoting pan-Arab cultural action. During his meeting with the magazine’s editor-in-chief, Ibrahim Al-Mulaifi, at its headquarters, Rawashdeh commended the magazine’s rich history and its enduring presence in the collective memory of the Arab world.
According to Jordan News Agency, Al-Mulaifi elaborated on the magazine’s evolution and its role as a prominent cultural publication since its inception in 1958. He emphasized that Al-Arabi Magazine remains a “key” figure in the Arab cultural landscape by continuously adapting to the changing interests of Arab readers. The magazine’s ability to blend “authenticity and modernity” while maintaining a “distinguished” cultural identity has been central to its success.
