The Public Security Directorate (PSD), on Friday, urged the public to exercise extreme caution in light of the unstable weather conditions that prevailing in the Kingdom.
The PSD urged people living in low-lying areas to relocate to higher ground, calling on the public to drive carefully during the current weather conditions.
It also warned of low-visibility due to low-altitude clouds in hilly areas and slippery roads.
The PSD called on the public not to hesitate to ask for help upon emergencies through calling 911
