The Public Security Directorate (PSD) urged the public to exercise caution due the unstable weather conditions expected Tuesday evening.
The PSD warned of driving on slippery roads due to rainfall or low horizontal visibility as a result of the fog formation and frost in mountain heights and some desert areas, especially in the early morning hours.
It called for avoiding areas that form torrential rains, especially in the evening and night hours in valleys and low-lying areas in the southern parts of the Kingdom whether via vehicles or on foot.
The PSD also called on households to safely use heaters of all kinds and providing proper ventilation, never leave heaters on while sleeping, and call the unified emergency number 911 if needed.
