His Excellency Marshal Mehdi al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council blessed all Palestinian resistance factions for its legitimate response to the brutal crime committed by the Zionist enemy against field leaders in the Palestinian resistance and the bombing of residential neighbourhoods in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement to Yemen News Agency (SABA), His Excellency the President affirmed Yemen’s support for the leadership, Government and people of all options made by the leadership of the Palestinian Resistance to deter the Zionist enemy.
He expressed Islamic Jihad’s deepest condolences for the martyrdom of senior commanders Jihad Ghanim, Khalil al-Bahtini and Tariq Ezzidine.
He also expressed his condolences to the Palestinian people for the martyrdom of children and women following the Zionist enemy’s raids on their homes.
“This Zionist behaviour assures all the children of our Arab and Islamic nation that it is an extension of the criminal Jewish psyche that God told us about in the Holy Quran, which pursues murder, treachery and reversal of covenants.”
He praised the unity of the popular Palestinian position and the Palestinian resistance movements in responding to and deterring the Zionist enemy as an important step towards victory for Al-Quds and the restoration of all the rights of the oppressed Palestinian people.
President Al-Mashat reaffirmed Yemen’s principled and religious position in favour of the Palestinian people to restore all its legitimate rights.
He called on the Arab and Islamic States to adopt positions in support of the Palestinian people, to resist them and to support them with money and weapons, and to boycott American and Israeli goods.
